6/28: Our hors d'oeuvre-sized burrito at El Tonayense at Harrison and 14th St. is fouled by austere white beans, hapless mayo verde, and stringy gristle. File under: hrumph.
6/23: Pasilla Mexican Grill asserts itself as one of the least bungleheaded places to get a burrito in the Financial District.
6/19: It's Radiohead, Sunny Day Real Estate, and 8.58 mustaches at The Little Chihuahua in Noe Valley.
6/16: It's a hot mess of a drippy, yet intangibly delicious porkfest at our panel's new home taqueria, La Corneta Taq. in Glen Park.
6/12: Our panel remains convinced that Taq. El Castillito at 250 Golden Gate is guilty of name infringement. How else to explain such faceless burritowork from a place called Castillito?

4/23: We'll be kind and say that perhaps the Mayan/Yucatecan dishes at Haltun Taq. are the way to go. Because the burritos sure as hell aren't.
4/13: We've got another eight-mustache head-scratcher in our midst at El Faro on Folsom.
4/10: Green Chile Kitchen kicks down a flawed stump of a burrito that nonetheless markets the corner on intangible credibility.
4/7: Even a shrug-worthy slab at Taq. El Castillito on Golden Gate — the good one — beats the beans out of most other burritos in town.
4/4: It’s more top 25-level burritowork up on the rad dining balcony at La Fonda.

3/26: Our panel gets cheesed off in all the right ways at Taq. El Farolito on 24th St.
3/24: On/off Taq. Vallarta on 24th St. is resolutely on this time — on point, on target, on smash....
3/21: The Cuban folks hunkered down in the Goza-Goza Taco slabwagon sure do have a soft spot for yellow rice.
